MITSUBISHI PAJERO
EVOLUTION DAKAR 3.5V6
Vehicle Description
The Mitsubishi Pajero Evolution is a rare homologation model built to celebrate Mitsubishi’s incredible success in the legendary Dakar Rally, where the Pajero secured 12 overall victories between 1985 and 2007. Its dominance in the desert, including a remarkable 1-2-3 finish in 1998, earned it the nickname “King of the Desert.”
Around 2,500 road-legal Pajero Evolutions were produced exclusively for the Japanese market. Each featured distinctive bodywork including flared wheel arches, a scooped bonnet, and a wraparound rear spoiler, along with Recaro front seats and other performance-focused details. Fewer than 200 examples were finished in silver, making this colour particularly rare.
This example is presented in immaculate Satellite Silver Metallic, complemented by red Ralliart mud flaps and a black cloth interior with patterned inserts on the Recaro seats and carbon-fiber effect trim on the centre console and air vents.
It sits on its original 16-inch six-spoke alloy wheels and is in lovely condition throughout, representing a genuine and increasingly collectible example of this iconic homologation model.
A fantastic opportunity to own a rare and highly desirable modern classic, and one for the collectors.
